A serial entrepreneur with over twenty-five (25) years’ experience, Audrey Joe-Ezigbo co-founded
Falcon Corporation Limited with her husband in 1994 and to date serves as Deputy Managing Director with principal accountabilities in the areas of Finance & Value Creation, Business Development and Commercial Strategy. Falcon Corporation Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 Certified company is a leading wholly indigenous midstream and downstream Gas Engineering company and is the licensed Local Distribution Company (LDC) and operator of the Ikorodu Natural Gas Distribution Zone.
Audrey is also the Group Managing Director and principal strategist of other companies within the Falcon Corporation group including Falcon Kinetics Limited, Falcon Property Development Company Limited, Aznic Investments Limited, and ZEEBO Foods Limited.
An accomplished professional, Audrey holds several Masters’ degrees and executive certifications in the areas of Finance, Marketing, Business Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Lagos Business School; as well as executive certifications in Leadership and Governance from Harvard Business School and IE Business School, Madrid, amongst others.
Audrey is President, Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) – the umbrella association and voice for businesses and professionals involved in the Nigerian gas industry, and a chartered member of the International Gas Union (IGU). She is the first female President of the NGA in the Association’s 20-year history. A dedicated member of the NGA for over 13years and prior to assuming the presidency, Audrey served for 11 of those years on the NGA Executive Council in various capacities
including 1st Vice President, 2nd vice President, Chairperson NGA Sponsorship Sub-Committee; Chairperson, Editorial Board; Chairperson, NGA Investment Promotions & Export Relations Committee. She is a Fellow of the Energy Institute (FEI), the chartered professional membership body of global energy experts.
Audrey is on the Executive Council of Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ) where she also serves as Chairperson, Wimbiz Membership & Programs Subcommittee, and member of the Wimbiz Conference Planning Group.
Audrey is the founder of The Barnabas Widows Support Foundation, giving of herself in service to society and humanity as a partner and sponsor to various NGO’s focused on improving the lot of widows, orphaned and vulnerable children.
A prolific writer and Author with four published books, Audrey is also the Promoter of The Double Impact Platform which delivers business and relationship-building training to couples who are in business together.
She is also a Certified Transformative Coach with the Coach Masters Academy. An international speaker and facilitator,
Audrey has won several awards for her contributions to building entrepreneurial capacity in the industry and Nigeria at large, including the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year West Africa Award 2014 and Female Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 Award. She was also elected a 2014 United Nations Global Entrepreneurship Week ‘Women Entrepreneurship Day’ Ambassador for Nigeria. Audrey and her husband were recently conferred with the Lagos Business School Distinguished Alumni Award 2018.
